Bourgogne Aligoté

Bourgogne Aligoté is a dry white wine produces on the same area of naming as Bourgogne. He owes his name to a vine of Burgundy: Aligoté. The wine growers can add to it Chardonnay but since 1979, a decree stipulates that the proportion of does not have to exceed the 15 %.

Dry and fruity, with a beautiful dress of agricultural wealth, this quiet and light white wine is not a wine of guard but it will offer you aromas of grape and green apple.
