Hello
I saw a show on the Ardeche region of France and the chef made a delicious grated potato based 'pizza' called Kreek. I know this is not the correct way to spell it, would anyone know how to spell the name correctly please?

Hello Kim
the right spelling is "crique" (however, it has nothing to do with pizza, except the general shape !...). It is not specific to Ardèche : you can find it in the traditional cooking quite everywhere in the center of France
