You are absolutely right : this is one of the very first "recipes" on the English side of this site and it had been input by a visitor before all recipes are checked and eventually corrected by the Chef.
Just season and marinade your ingredients into oil for one hour and simply grill them on both sides as usual (the time depends on the ingredients and their thickness : just control visually)
