The Edict of the same name was promulgated in 1598 per Henri IV with a simple goal, the end of the religious wars: a kingdom, two religions... Crossed by the river of the same name, these "Countries of the Loire" will astonish you by various landscapes, but also by unforgettable savours.

A gastronomical stay in the Country-of-the-Loire will enable you to discover the specialities of this superb area. We cannot start this tour without speaking of Guérande salt-water and its marshes. Before leaving, have a quick stay in Montbert, small town in Nantes suburbs and taste, in the so nicefreshness of the many cellars of the surroundings, a glass of Muscadet, one of the most famous ambassador of the Countries-of-the-Loire.
