Cream of asparagus soup

Cream of asparagus soup serves 6 :
1 kg of peeled and washed asparagus tips,
1 big potato cut in fragments,
10 cl of fresh cream,
salt, pepper and paprika.

Boil in water for 20 minutes the asparagus and the potato. Strain the asparagus and the potato and mix in a blender the asparagus and the potato. Flavor with salt, pepper and paprika. Add crème fraîche.
