Ingredients for 8 servings
- 300 gr of shortcrust pastry
- 20 gr of raisins
- 5 cl of rum (optional)
- 1.5 kg of golden apples
- 200 gr of butter
- 120 gr of sugar
- 5 gr of ground cinnamon
1/ line a high-sided tart pan with the pastry, prick it with a fork and place in the refrigerator.
1- 2 hours before, make a light syrup with sugar and water, add the raisins. If you are making this tart only for adults, you can drain them and soak them in rum. Let cool in the syrup so they plump up, then drain them.
3/ Peel and cut the apples into 8 wedges and brown them in a pan with butter, sugar and cinnamon in several batches if necessary. Add the raisins at the end of browning, let cool and pour into your tart shell.
4/ Bake in the oven until the pastry is completely cooked.
Serve warm, you can add a scoop of vanilla ice cream, enjoy!
