Ingredients for 6 servings
- 250 g of mascarpone.
- 200 g of sugar.
- 4 eggs.
- 1 puff pastry sheet.
- 1 packet of vanilla sugar.
- 200 g of rhubarb.
1/ Preheat the oven to 210°c (th.7). In a bowl, whisk the mascarpone with powdered sugar. Incorporate the eggs, then the vanilla.
2/ Line a tart pan with puff pastry. Wash and peel the rhubarb, cut it into small dice and arrange them on the pastry base. Pour the mascarpone mixture over the top.
3/ Bake for 40 to 45 minutes. Let cool before serving.
