Each morning, Lucien and Joël draw inspiration from the markets in Provence to create their dishes and continually renews, from season to season, the richness of the specialities on offer :

Courgette flowers with scorpionfish, Fried duck's liver with fresh figs. Roasted saddle of lamb with two 'tapenades' (olive puree). Calf's sweetbread with local truffles and asparagus tips. Ice-cream dessertwith dark chocolate sauce pear that melts in the mouth.
