Chilled cucumber cream soup

This is a recipe adequate for persons suffering from type 2-diabetes
Chilled cucumber cream soup for 6 nice glasses :
1 medium size peeled and cored (get rid of the seeds) cucumber
2 medium size fresh young green onions (cut and keep half of the green stock/leaves)
1/2 lb well drained cottage cheese
1/2 liter chilled mineral water
table salt and grounded half hot red pepper
Progression
1/in a blender, mix the cucumber cut in bid dice, the onions cut as well (keep the green leaves apart) and the cheese. Add salt and blend during 20 seconds
2/add the chilled water and mix again during 10 seconds
3/pour this mixturte into the glasses
4/cut in very small dice the green of the onions and spred it onto each glass
5/keep the glasses into the fridge and when it is time to serve them, spray a little of red pepper powdrer on them and taste it under the shade of a veranda ...
