Chilled cucumber cream soup for 6 nice glasses :
- 1 medium size peeled and cored (get rid of the seeds) cucumber
- 2 medium size fresh young green onions (cut and keep half of the green stock/leaves)
- 1/2 lb well drained cottage cheese
- 1/2 liter chilled mineral water
- table salt and grounded half hot red pepper
