Kebabs of Oysters and Cured Duck Magret

Oyster kebabs for 6 people:
- 48 Oysters
- 48 Paper thin, Slices of cured duck magret
- 150g of butter
- The juice of a lemon
- 2 tablespoons of chives, washed and finely chopped.
Then slip eight wrapped oysters into each kebabs.
Put your grill on and when it is hot, cook your kebabs for 3 minutes on each sides.
Serve them straight away with some melted butter in which you will have added some lemon juice and finely chopped chives.
